What we collect

Your name, mobile number and email; your membership, attendance and payment history; and the workouts you or your coach log. Nothing else is required.

Payments

Card, UPI and netbanking details are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout and are never seen or stored by us. We keep only the payment reference, amount and status.

How we use it

To run your membership: sign-in, check-ins, workout tracking, invoices, renewal reminders and messages about your sessions and membership, on WhatsApp and email.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make this work — Razorpay for payments, and our messaging and hosting providers — and only what they need. We never sell your data, and the leaderboard only shows you if you opt in.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are a member, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires us to keep invoices.

Your choices

You can update your details in the portal, opt out of the leaderboard at any time, and ask us to delete your account by writing to hello@27brickhouse.com.
