Who we are: This website and member portal are operated by 27 Brick House, CTS No 21/4B, Seth House, Bund Garden Road, Pune, Maharashtra 411001. By buying a membership or using the portal you agree to these terms.
Memberships: A membership gives you access to the gym floor and coached hours for the number of days shown on the package, starting on the day your payment clears. If you renew while a membership is still running, the new term starts the day after the current one ends.
Prices and payment: Prices are in Indian rupees and include 18% GST. Payment is taken online through Razorpay by UPI, card or netbanking, or at the front desk. A GST invoice is issued as soon as a payment clears and is available in your portal.
Freezing: You can freeze a membership for up to five days per membership term from your portal. Your expiry date moves out by exactly the days you freeze. A freeze that has not started yet can be withdrawn; one that is running stands.
Cancellation and refunds: Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Conduct and safety: Follow the coaches' instructions and the gym rules on the floor. Tell your coach about any injury or medical condition before you train. We may suspend access for behaviour that puts other members or staff at risk.
Your account: Keep your login to yourself. Memberships are personal and cannot be transferred or shared.
Liability: Training carries a risk of injury. To the extent the law allows, 27 Brick House is not liable for injury, loss or damage except where caused by our negligence. Please do not leave valuables unattended.
Changes: We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to any purchase made while it is shown here.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
